officially upon us and we have the perfect accessory for your
summertime events - Beer (and wine) To Go! Any of our bottled
beers and wines may now be purchased to take home with you.
With advanced notice, you may also take away a keg. Call us
before 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday for a Thursday or Friday pick-up.
For special requests of a specific brew, please call us at least two
weeks in advance. Our new
'Keg Menu' will contain all this information and more, including available brews and
additional
ordering details.
BREWER'S NIGHT @
The Toad
Brewer's
Night at the Toad will be held on the second (2nd) Wednesday of each
month from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. beginning June 14th!
We'll be featuring the wonderful and very local Hood Canal Brewery.
They will have t-shirts to raffle and their great beer on tap!

As
June is upon us, so is Fathers' Day. Bring Dad in for a
special meal. We'll have special prices on some choice beers, by the
glass and pitcher, a special price for our Double Bacon Cheeseburger
Pizza (definitely a Dad fav!) along with other specials ~ just for
Dad.
Our
extensive beer menu has been updated to include ratings. The
ratings are overall percentile ratings, similar to wine ratings, by
independent consumers around the world from RateBeer.com, which is
"widely recognized as the most accurate and most-visited source for
beer information".
We our proud to announce
that our buns are now all-natural! That's right, no processed
buns at The Toad. Our buns now come from a delicious local
bakery in Port Orchard - The Morningside Bread & Pastry Company.
We
have also updated our coffee beans. The Toad now serves
only organic and Fair Trade Certified dark roast coffee and we
grind them here every day!

The Toad's Beerland
Explorer "expedition" now has four explorers with
Name-On-The-Wall status! After finishing
their 100th brew, The Toad would like to extend a Frothy

To these Explorers and those on their
way, thank you for your thirst for adventure. We wish you many

Milestone!
Before you know it, our 1st
anniversary will be here! We will be celebrating on Saturday,
July 15, 2006. We'll have more details for you at The Toad and
in our next e-Newsletter. Please spread the word and bring
your hungry, thirsty friends to this milestone event! We'll be
waiting for you!
